Sprinkler blowout terms of service

I understand and agree that:

1. **Scheduling:** – Eagle Lawn Care Services cannot guarantee a specific appointment time for sprinkler blowouts. The scheduled day may change due to various factors, and I will be notified in advance.

2. **Communication:** – Eagle Lawn Care Services **can** make and receive calls during the sprinkler blowout season. – By submitting the sprinkler blowout form, I am requesting that the service be performed at the property listed on the form. – I will receive a confirmation email after submitting my request. If I do not receive the confirmation, I will contact Eagle Lawn Care Services to verify the receipt of my form.

3. **Responsibility:** – I am responsible for any costs incurred due to misinformation provided on the sprinkler blowout form (e.g., incorrect contact details or property information). Eagle Lawn Care Services is not liable for any such misinformation.

4. **Text Message Updates:** – If I have opted in for text message updates, I am responsible for any data charges. If I have not opted in for updates, I will not hold Eagle Lawn Care Services responsible for missed communication.

5. **Email & Text Notifications:** – It is my responsibility to ensure that my email and text services are functioning properly. Eagle Lawn Care Services is not responsible for missed texts, blocked emails, or emails directed to junk or spam folders.

6. **Service Notification:** – I will receive an email and/or text the night before my property is scheduled for a sprinkler blowout. Further communication may not occur except through daily updates on the Eagle Lawn Care Services blog.

7. **Dual Sprinkler Systems:** – If I have a dual sprinkler system (city water and pressurized irrigation), I must select “Dual” in the “System Type” dropdown on the form. Eagle Lawn Care Services is not responsible for system damage if I fail to provide accurate information about the system’s usage.

8. **Additional Notes:** – Information left in the “Additional Notes” section may not be reviewed until the technician arrives at the property. Eagle Lawn Care Services is not responsible for issues resulting from unaddressed information in this section.

9. **Blog Updates:** – Daily updates regarding routes and upcoming blowouts will be posted on the Eagle Lawn Care Services blog. I can access these updates, but I will not hold the company responsible if information is unavailable due to server issues.

10. **Technician Arrival:** – Technicians will knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival. If I do not answer, the technician will proceed with the service in my absence, and I give them permission to do so.

11. **Property Access:** – I will ensure that valve boxes and sprinkler system components are accessible by clearing any obstructions. If the technician has to search for valve boxes, I will be billed for the additional time.

12. **System Precautions:** – If a test cock on a backflow preventer must be used for the blowout, Eagle Lawn Care Services is not responsible for damages to these devices. – The company will take all necessary precautions, but I acknowledge that system parts may deteriorate over time. Eagle Lawn Care Services is not liable for damage to aging sprinkler components.

13. **Technician Discretion:** – If a technician identifies a potential issue, they reserve the right to delay the blowout until repairs are made.

14. **Irrigation System:** – If water is still flowing to my irrigation system, the technician will turn off the primary water valve (if available) to prevent freeze damage. If no primary valve is available, the technician will return once the system is no longer pressurized at no extra cost.

15. **Cancellations:** – I can cancel my request by submitting the cancellation form at least two hours before my scheduled service. If I fail to cancel within this time frame, I will be charged a non-cancellation fee. – If the technician is turned away after connecting equipment to the system, I will be charged the full cost of the blowout.

16. **Freezes:** – If I request service after a freeze has occurred, Eagle Lawn Care Services is not liable for damage to the system before, during, or after the blowout.

17. **Payment:** – Payment is due at the time of service if I am home. If not, an invoice will be sent to my email, and payment is due by the end of the day. If unpaid after 15 days, a late fee may apply, and the unpaid invoice could result in collections. — By submitting the sprinkler blowout form, I agree to these terms and conditions set forth by Eagle Lawn Care Services.
