Eagle Lawn Care Services Terms of Service Agreement:

1. Authorization and Payment Terms
Automatic Billing: By using our services, you authorize Eagle Lawn Care Services to charge your credit card or ACH account on file after each service. This automatic billing ensures timely payments and allows us to maintain our service standards.
Late Payment Policy: Payments remaining unpaid for over 30 days will incur a 5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance. To avoid these fees, please ensure payment information is current and funds are available for processing.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be billed in full.
Weather-Related Rescheduling: In the case of extreme weather, such as heavy rain or snow, we may reschedule services at our discretion to ensure safety. We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes.

3. Service Preparation and Site Conditions
Property Preparation: Customers agree to clear the service area of personal items, such as toys, lawn furniture, and decorations. Failure to clear the area may result in additional charges for delays.
Pet Waste Removal: If pet waste is present in the service area, we will charge our current hourly rate to pick up and remove it. This fee ensures a safe, clean workspace for our team.
Customer Presence: While it is not required for customers to be present during service, it is highly recommended. If you are not present, we will perform the work to the best of our ability based on our standard procedures and expectations. If the results do not meet your preferences, it is the customer’s responsibility to have provided clear instructions, videos, or images in advance detailing any specific requests.

4. Service Pricing and Adjustments
Service Rate: Services are bid at our current hourly rate, based on our initial assessment.
Adjustments for Extended Work: Should the service requirements exceed our initial estimate by more than 20% (in terms of time or labor), we reserve the right to adjust the service rate accordingly or discontinue work. Customers will be notified of adjustments before we proceed.

5. Damage and Liability
Notification of Issues: If you notice any mistakes or property damage, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion. If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, Eagle Lawn Care Services is not liable for repairs or corrections.
Property and Lawn Damage: While we strive for careful service, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems, sprinklers, or other hidden elements on the property. Please notify us of any special features that may require extra care.
Personal Property: Eagle Lawn Care Services is not liable for damage to any personal items left in the yard. Please ensure the service area is cleared before our team’s arrival.

6. Termination of Service
Customer-Initiated Termination: Customers may terminate services with a 14-day written notice. This notice period ensures a smooth transition and allows us to complete any ongoing work. Refunds:
Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on services provided and processed within 7-10 business days. Final charges may include any outstanding fees or balances.

7. Service Satisfaction and Quality Assurance
Service Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
Photo Documentation: To maintain transparency, we may capture before-and-after photos for internal records and quality assurance.

8. Indemnification
Customer Responsibility: By using our services, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Lawn Care Services, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from failure to adhere to these terms or from issues arising from the use of our services.

9. Clarification

Bagging: Bagging lawn clippings is available for lawns up to 5,000 sq. ft. Weekly bagging covers grass clippings only and does not include debris removal. We will mow your lawn once, even if there is excess debris. For additional mowing passes or debris removal, you may opt for a first-time mow at 3-5x the regular rate or schedule a full property cleanup.

Poop Scooping:  Our poop-scooping service covers typical waste accumulation based on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. If we encounter an amount of waste that exceeds what is typical for these intervals, we reserve the right to apply an additional charge, calculated based on the estimated number of weeks since the area was last thoroughly cleaned. Excessive waste will be billed at a rate equivalent to the appropriate number of missed cleanings. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if there have been any extended gaps between cleanings.

Overgrown Lawn:  
Our mowing service is designed for lawns maintained at a regular height. Lawns are considered overgrown if the grass exceeds 6 inches in height. In such cases, additional charges will apply, ranging from 3 to 5 times the standard mowing rate, based on the extent of overgrowth and the extra time and labor required to bring the lawn back to standard. Overgrown lawns may require multiple passes, and billing will reflect these additional efforts. Please inform us if your lawn exceeds 6 inches prior to service to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling adjustments.       

10. Modifications to Terms
Policy Updates: Eagle Lawn Care Services reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that may impact their service or billing. Thank you for partnering with Eagle Lawn Care Services.
